Video Producer Required for Facebook Advertisement

I'm looking to create a video for my business. The purpose of the video is to showcase the pain points that are suffered by many patients in Canada when they're trying to access healthcare services - specifically, long wait times. I envision the video being of a mother sitting in a waiting room of a doctor's office, mean while, having her children wait at home for her. Throughout the video, there would be glimpses up to a clock showcasing hours passing by. While the mother is waiting, her children text or call her asking her when she will be home. Finally, the scene transitions into a scene where the mother returns home late into the night at which point her children are already sleeping. There is no need for any product placement or anything, but rather, I just want to showcase the realities of our healthcare system, and lead them towards our website where they can view the services we offer that help address these pain points.
