Video recording professional for a conference on September 25, Houston, TX

I need to 2 video recording professionals with their own cameras to capture 5 panel sessions (1-hour each) on video at the conference on September 25 in Houston TX. Tuesday, September 25, 2018 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm - 2 rooms 1:50 pm - 2:50 pm - 2 rooms 3:00 pm - 3:50 pm - 1 room The edited video of the speaker should be delivered on the next day - September 26 in 1080p, mp4 format. I pay $600 (2 session) and $900 (3 sessions) to operators. When applying please provide samples of similar work. You're responsible for the quality of the final product: - position a camera in a way to capture the speakers clearly - make sure that nothing else gets into the video frame - make sure that room has enough lighting and the quality of video is great If you see any issues that prevents you to deliver a product of great quality you must reach out to me and conference organizers immediately, so we would fix this.
