Youtube channel branding - animation, video creation and image creation

I need some branding for a YouTube channel, I would prefer to employ someone familiar with working on YouTube channels. The channel is called "Ultra Tech" and I want the following work doing: Please refer to this video from "Quantum Tech HD": [login to view URL] My channel will be about technology / new inventions / clever ideas so the branding needs to be sharp and reflect this. Please provide examples of video/animation work you have created as that will help me to choose the right person. 1. An intro video clip about 5 seconds long. On the example clip watch from 0:00 to 0:05. I need something professional and different to that one. It needs to include some sound / music. 2. An exit video clip about 7 seconds long - watch the last 7 seconds on the example clip. Again this needs to include some sound or music. 3. Some Channel images x 2. The Channel Art which is 2560 x 1440 pixels and the Channel Icon which I THINK is 800 x 800 pixels. 4. At 0:07 on the clip you will see a red image overlaid on the top right with "Q" and the product name "CUBIIO" in it - I need something similar into which I can add my own text. 5. At 0:16 you will see a watermark image on the top right "Quantum Tech HD" - again I need something similar. 6. There could be one or two more images I haven't thought of you like a subscribe button etc.
