We would like to create 4 videos that will go on YouTube as advertisements for our online business magazine. the video will not be longer than 20-30 seconds max (should not be less) will have only graphics and text and music -- no voice over our budget is fixed 50$ per video the videos are not going to be done all at once ... we will start one by one and see the quality of the work first we know exactly what we want and will let you know the requirements for each video you are job ends, when the video is posted online on YouTube and everything works fine when it is posted on websites ... This is going to be a fixed price job and not negotiable.
