A customer service representative represents the company and helps to develop the public's perception of the company. Excellent customer service means meeting the needs and wishes of every customer in a timely manner. A customer should never get off the phone with a business or leave a place of business unhappy. I can be this Customer Service Representative. My goal is to make your customers happy.
As an experienced Customer Service Specialist, my multi-tasking skills are excellent as I can be on the phone dealing with the client’s concern while taking notes and trying to find solutions for the client’s issue. I can think out of the box as I am aware that there is no real template when it comes to clients’ concerns.
