We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in e-commerce. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience using ZenDesk or Gorgias & an order fulfillment software (DSers) - Experience doing customer service for e-commerce stores - Experience managing comments and customer inquiries on Facebook and Instagram RESPONSIBILITES: - Need to be working 6 days a week at least - Respond to customer requests in very good English - Issue refunds according to our refund policy - Re-send products to customers when needed - Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 24 hours, preferably less) - Communicate daily with our team - Display a high level of professionalism at all times

(Zendesk, FreshDesk and any other CRM) * I can process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellation and replacements using third party automated software. (Like floship, Dsers, shipstation, Oberlo etc.) * Choosing best and economical shipping method at the time of processing. * Adding tracking number and details onto orders manually or onto any other e-commerce platform. * Adding processed orders to google sheets or anywhere as told to. * Choosing different suppliers if the existing supplier has discontinued the product.
