PROJECT DESCRIPTION I am looking for a virtual assistant who can manage and organize parts of administration. I'm looking for someone with strong research and negotiation skills, very organized and conscientious, who can take initiative without needing specific instructions from me. Your Responsibilities: • Data analysis / data entry into excel, word • Analyze impact and provide reports • Research using internet, phone and other databases • Contact companies and negotiate prices and conditions • Manage and organize orders or upcomming tasks • Recruit or assign freelancer or services • Solve problem about any issue or problem that comes up • And other tasks as assigned. Your Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal English skills • Native Chinese, written and verbal skills • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Experience in sourcing and strong negotiation skills and assertive • Able to communicate and send daily reports by mail or skype. • Know how to use Google for research • Be a self-starter and find creative solutions • Experience as administrative assistant • Ability to meet deadlines • Reliable and efficient work method • Professional and pleasent business attitudes I will need an powerful and strong, assertive assistant who is good in researching, communicating and negotiating. You must know your own strengths and weaknesses so that you can carry out the tasks you're skilled at and be able to delegate those tasks that aren't your strong suits.
