I am the founder of an online marketplace/platform startup In India and a seasoned entrepreneur/manager. As I build my new team, I seek help from an experienced, online-savvy, new age HR freelancer who can provide me help with setting up and managing HR systems, job descriptions/roles & responsibilities, onboarding/offboarding, performance appraisal, goal setting, etc. So while this may be a virtual position, I do need you to be involved on an ongoing and regular basis and own up to the responsibilities as the HR & performance assessment manager of our startup. Currently our team is comprised of: 1. Myself/CEO/Founder 2. Head of operations (joining in 2 weeks from now) 3. Head of partner support/quality enhancement/novelty/variety a. Assistant to this position 4. Customer service Assistant 5. Social Media Manager (contractual position/freelancer) 6. Project Manager (joined 2 weeks ago) 7. Team of 2-3 software developers So while we are around 8-9 people, we would like to gear up for becoming a team of more than 50 people in 6 to 8 months. Your responsibilities will include (I will provide the draft JDs for everyone’s expected roles/responsibilities): 1. Interviewing everyone in our current team (phone/skype) and defining Job Descriptions, Roles & Responsibilities, KRA, goal setting, org chart, feedback/assessment hierarchy, etc. 2. Selecting/Recommending/setting up/managing an online HRIS (e.g., Zoho People, Empxtrack, etc.) 3. Finding gaps and planning for new positions, hierarchy, etc. This position can hourly, month-to-month, or assignment based – I’m flexible. We’re based in Ahmedabad, India so it would help to be in the same timezone. If interested, lets communicate by PMB.

I have several home-based work experience, some of them are from odesk and others are from people who just recommended me to work with their clients as well. I have handled client's E-commerce website both for CSR and Social Media management. Aside from that, I was also assignd as an SEO brand manager and a clerical works too.
