DVD Advertisement 2

I want to create a 60 second commercial on a video DVD. This is for my accounting/bookkeeping business. I have created a voiceover file and am providing some images although you may use other images if you wish. (There are a few images that I do want and I have marked them as "Required") Download the zip file from here: [login to view URL] I have included a Word document which includes the script and what should appear on screen at what time. It also refers to the folders containing the relevant images. It is essential that you carefully read and understand this document. I'd really like a progress update after the first say 20 seconds of the commercial to make sure things are on track. I had a friend try to do this and it ended up being nothing like what I expected for example the voiceover is 60 seconds long but his commercial was over 3 minutes! I will need it in AVI format but I think Flash would be a good way to create it but I leave that up to you. Just a few points: -Don't change my logo. -Make sure what's on the screen relates to what the voiceover is saying. -This is a business commercial so I don't want spinning logos or frivolous special effects. -I already have music which I will add. It would be helpful if you had MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. Happy bidding. Lee. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
