I have many documents to create and I need to send all my clients a questionnaire, capture all the data and then merge into two Word documents.
The two documents are both 50-70 pages long and there will be 150 questions. Data capture will be as question or table form and using dropdown menus, free text, or numerical. Many of the questions will require logic applied which determines which paragraphs get added (or removed) from the document. Therefore not a straight forward mail merge.
The document contains tables and locking down formatting will be very important.
Therefore the project is for creating the web based questionnaire form to collect the data, have a means to store the data, and create two Word documents which will be populated with the data. The document formatting and structure to remain perfect.
I am happy for the use of third party products if required.
This project is urgent and I need to have completed in 10 days. Please do ask any questions.
