Develop a project containing 100 labels with values 1 to 100 in the Text property of each label. Code is provided in the Starter project to dynamically create a two-dimensional array of labels and place each label onto the form.   The Click handler for the Execute button will use a Nested For...Next loop to traverse the label array and place the numbers 1 through 100 into the text property of each label. Algorithm for doing this is provided in Starter project. The program will also contain a function, IsPrime, that accepts an Integer parameter and returns True if the Integer is prime and False if it is not prime.  Definition of prime number: A positive number that is divisible only by itself and 1.  The number 1 is NOT prime. The program will then traverse the array calling the IsPrime function for each number on the label.  If the number is prime, the back and fore colors in label will be set to colors of your choice, and if the number is NOT prime, colors will be set to different colors.
