Voice actress for Sound Library

I'm working on a sound effect pack with human sounds like screams, sighs, breathings, etc and I'd like to get a quote from a FEMALE voice actress and a small sample. As I'm looking for high-quality material, free of noise, distortion or any other issue like pops and winds. I'd like to get this small sample to check the noise ratio of your recording system and the intonation to see if it fits my needs. I'd like to request the samples of the following sounds. You can also find the references in the doc attached: 1) Breathing - 3 variations 2) Jumping - 3 Variations 3) Sigh - 3 Variations After approved I'd like to start as soon as you are comfortable. You'll find in the doc attached all the sounds needed, the number of variations and also references to follow. But also feel free to explore new variations beyond the references provided. I'd need the files in .wav (no need to split them) without any post-production and the right to re-sell them.
