I'm able to create chat-room and voicemail. I'm able to have 4 numbers with at least 400 concurrent calls for each number Numbers can be from Chicago, Los Angeles, Ny, Washington. But In order to keep the project up and running you have to pay something each month not to me but to the TELCO. So I can setup and run the first month of this and maybe you have to pay from 50$ to 200$ to keep the system up and responsive. best regards
