Indie Developers Community Website

I want to create a community website for Indie developers. As Indie Developers we sometimes have time and no money. No jobs to get paid fairly. No money to hire people. However we Indie Developers are spread all over the world and we are many. I may need an artist. An artist may need a writer. A writer may need a video editor. A video editor may need an audio specialist. And audio specialist may need a programmer. And a programmer may need me. I want to create a new community system where we trade our Indie Developer Hours. That way we trade with each other something we all have and can afford to give some time to, our time. I’m looking for founding members for this new community, from writers to artists to web developers to programmers. We will build our community on a premium website called Indie.dev. If interested please contact me. P.s. I want to make it clear that I am looking for founders. So this is really not a paid job. If you are looking for a paid job in normal currencies like USD or INR then this is not for you. The community will be built around blockchain technology. And after discussion with co-founders we will decide if we should develop a simple cryptocurrency to symbolise working hours to facilitate trading in our community. No matter where you live, or what native currency you use, we will all get paid with our own working hour efforts.
