Fountain Technologies is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Applications Services sales team supporting sales in the USA and Europe. Your location can be anywhere as long as you have solid internet access and can use Skype or similar call center facilities. This individual will be responsible for selling Technology Solutions/Outsourcing deals (both short-term and long-term and offshore software development delivery model), and leading sales pursuit teams.
This is a virtual, live anywhere position
The sales executive will sell full life-cycle Application Development Solutions deals as part of a team effort working with sales support, technical support, and other subject matter experts. In addition, they will assist customers to identify potential business opportunities through discussions around their business/technology challenges and needs, and Perot Systems ability to address those needs with proven offshore solutions. The sales executive is expected to call on Senior VPs, VPs and Director level prospects of Fortune 3000 organizations and develop partner relationships centered on driving success
# 10 + years of inclusive Technology Solutions / Consultative sales experience with 5 years of technical solutions sales experience. LI>
# Need to possess an understanding of offshore development solutions, models, and services.
# Must be able to effectively convey value-add solutions to clients with various levels of exposure to offshore development models.
# History of establishing professional business relationships with C level executives.
# Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota-driven sales performance goals.
# Experience working for Global Outsourcing / Solutions Provider is a strong plus.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
# College degree is preferred+good IT communications
Excellent pay. Commission only until you have met your first target.
First target. A outsourcing contract worth $50,000 or more within 1 month of hire. Your monthly goals are $50,000 of contracts.
You will be awarded a $5,000 commission for this first commission and thereafter a salary, bonuses, perks of over$100,000 per year based on meeting targets
