Create a B2B Contact List

Hello Freelancers, I need someone to create a contact list meeting specific guidelines as follows: - company name - a company that makes over 9 million euros in turnover - in Finland - contact name is the ceo/ managing director - phone number for company and the direct contact of the name listed ( preferably mobile numbers) - industry - fields are broad but have certain specifications for example they can not have government or state clients, - exclude companies that I provide to you on a list as they have already been used To sum up a contact list will have name of company, industry, name of person, contact number, direct number. Finland is the easiest market to find these things. I do not need emails or linked in accounts. Right now I am looking to hire a very select few candidates for a small job with hope to find the best possible candidate to work with long term. You will need to be able to know shortcuts in searching google, proficient in being able to use translation techniques, and be able to pick up new practices quickly.
