Help with black listed ip and domain

We need consultation on IP and domain Blacklist list . We do some email marketing service provider, but now we are facing Spam blacklist issue from few days. We use plesk as mailing agent. our company emails go into gmail spam and sometimes we never receive emails from big vendors like facebook and others. we need current IP scanned and checked and server logs checked for any strange things. 50% mile stone will be created at the time of awarding the project, 50% after delivery done.
