Build a temporary website

We are trying to create a temporary website for an invitation for a high end event. The idea is that guests would receive an invite in the mail with a log in. They would then login to a website and follow the instructions where it indicates theat they push a button to spin a wheel. Different items are represented on the wheel. There needs to be a wheel with male prize offerings and a separate wheel for female prize offerings. After the wheel is spun the results need to be reported to company so that the prize can be sent out immediately. This is very timely as the event is Decembber 3, and invitations need to go out immediately, so then we need the website /wheel up and running ASAP as well (4 days?)
