Web designer / user interface designer

Hello there, I'm in search for a skilled web-designer or user interface designer. I've got a lot of small jobs there needs to be designed an built'd but I don't have the time myself anymore, so now i need someone to help me taking the jobs. I'm looking for a person who.. .. got mad skills in Photoshop, HTML and CSS .. is very creative and intuitive .. got an eye for creating userfriendly designs .. is reliable - when you tell me a date, you'll keep that! .. can think by himself and is creative enough to make some dessisions by him/herself. .. is a fresh and happy person! When I send you a job you'll return it with a fixed price and a deadline - and that deadline is the day everything works and is tested.
