Blogger Revamp & Monetization

I have a blog which I have been running for the past few years and it has a great following. Runs on Blogger Platform Averages 1000 page views per day 1.) I need to take the blog to the next level and make it look 100% professional - clean & presentable (install and configure premium blogger template) 2.) I need to the blog to be feature rich with social media plugins, sharing and rating systems or even embed the Talki forum system. 3.) Monetize the blog with the best combination of affiliate marketing & adsense.
