CSS Web template

Based on a model web site, I'd like you to create a site template that has a home page and two 2nd level pages -- one that has a single column, one with a column for text with graphics as well as a menu column. I've attached a header logo sample for you to see sizing and colors. The site has a log-in section, so you'll need to specify the styles of the field and button form elements. You should be able to create rounded rectangle boxes with borders in CSS and a good grasp of color schemes. Send me a link to an example or two of your CSS site work so I can get an idea of your style and experience. For web graphics, I use Macromedia Studio tools, not Photoshop, so you need to be able to save any graphic elements as .png so I can edit as needed after delivery. Delivery will simply be the three html pages and one or more style sheets. Delivery needs to be within 4 days of the start of the project.
