Web 2.0 Graphic Designer Needed Website Design Job

Basically here's the deal, I do not need a coder. Because I am a coder myself. What I need is someone who is a graphic designer. And a TOP NOTCH GRAPHIC DESIGNER AT THAT! Your job will be design web 2.0 website designs for me. It will be an ongoing job as I have over 100 websites to build. However, your bid will only be for 1 website. As we are going to only be building 1 website first. AND if you do a good job, you will get a lot more work. You will design this website in PHOTOSHOP PSD format. You will be responsible for designing everything. From the header to the footer and everything in between. Everything must be flashy and catchy. We are trying to sell herbal supplements. So you will have to be expert. NOW, PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME. I KNOW HOW TO USE PHOTOSHOP VERY WELL. I am a computer programmer myself for almost 10 years of experience. I need a graphic designer. Not a computer programmer or a php guru. You will need to present everything to me in PSD. You'll have to show me you have previous experience. For 1 website my budget is between $30 - $100 dollars. HERE IS THE CATCH THOUGH, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO ESCROW. THERE WILL BE NO ESCROW! THERE WILL BE A TEST! If you pass the test I will open escrow at that time. What's the test? The test is, you will need to show me you are worthy of hiring. Don't email me some garbage website you did before. I want you to show me you are worthy of my hard earned money!!! You will need to basically complete 50 percent of the design and present it to me. If I like it, I will open escrow and AWARD YOU THE JOB. If you don't make the design the way I ask you to, your bid will be cancelled. Like I said, don't waste my time. I need a PRO not just someone who can use photoshop (i can already do that). You will need to make the order buttons, you will need to make the 100% satisfaction buttons, the menu buttons, the header, the footer, the headers, the banners, everything will be your job. you will present everything to be at the end of the job in PSD format in segments. Everything will be flashy and catchy to make quick sales. We must look professional.. better than the average site. Only bid if you read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
