Web to Print Website Needed

Project for a UK company. We are looking to have built a website similar to vistaprint, bonusprint, [login to view URL] and other online printers. One slight difference - this website will not be for the general public to order things like canvas or birthday card printing but be only for commercial purposes. However we do want to be able to add that functionality at a later stage. I'm looking for programmer/designer to create a printing company website. It should be a fully functional web to print (W2P) solution (front end and back end). The website should have an online designer, and the ability for uploading projects. It should verify the specifications of the uploaded file to ensure that it meets the required specifications for printing. It should create and store customer files in an archive, and must be able to generate print ready PDF files from uploaded and from files that are created using the online designer tool. The system will be able to work with online payment systems. The back end will have the ability to generate electronic work-orders and provide the production manager or suppliers with print-ready files. Suppliers will be able to access the back end. The system should be very flexible for upgrading and allow for new products to be added. There should be a tool that will allow the administration to design templates that can be added for future use. It should be able to export customer data into a database for marketing purposes. The applicants should be experienced programmers in PHP, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, CSS and MySQL, XML. I am looking for a dedicated programmer. All codes and copyright would become my company's. Please send me a portfolio. We also need it to be fully ecommerce integrated into the site and there to be a crm system integrated also. The website should also have a logo generator or a section to request a logo to be made by our designers (or freelancers of our company who will be able to access the back end). Additionally I will need help with online payment system integration and well as SEO and social networking marketing once the project is completed. I may also need help developing document templates for the site (business cards, brochures, etc.). I expect this project to start in January. - I am only looking for experienced professionals. -Since I need both graphic design and programming you may team up with someone else for this project but please be upfront about it if that is the case. - Must be able to demonstrate that you have successfully completed similar projects - Must be able to be available on a daily basis and complete work quickly.
