Convert a Template to a Joomla 3.2 Website

Hello freelancers, I have a PSD website mockup that I need to convert into a Joomla 3.0 Template RESPONSIVE. In this first stage, I need to create the home page. Then, I will create 2 pages ( with the same worker if I like the first stage) I have supplied the screenshot of the PSDs. The homepage has a slideshow (must be managed by the user who can add new images and their associated text) The home pages has: Header ( menu responsive) Slider ( component + administrable mode) Main services Where we are? ( google maps with markets) : Must be a joomla plugin I did some research and I found some extensions that cover my needs , I will provide the names and the screenshot via PM. The template needs to be fast and lightweight. It must be also responsive and look decent on mobile devices including the iPhone and iPad. All modules and content areas must be content managed and updatable via the Joomla CMS either through the module or article manager. Development server can be supplied if desired. In summary, it needs to be: - A Joomla! 3.0 template - Valid HTML and CSS - SEO Friendly - Responsive - Contact form (With Ajax or similar validation if possible) - Slideshow on homepage - Viewable online at a development URL - Supplied as either an installable Joomla template or entire Joomla site with database zipped up I am looking for a Joomla template expert and there is a lot more work in the pipeline if we find the right developer on this project.
