Simple Website Redesign

Hi Freelancers,

I would like my website redesigned while keeping the layout as much intact as possible. It should be like coming up with a new design concept and redecorate the site accordingly.

Also, the project should be finished no longer than 7 days. We have already had bad experience with a freelancer who wasted lots of time on both ends.

We are developers and not much into design and art but we know how things should look and be done. No live work will be required on the site.

After accepting the bid, we'll want a kind of a mock-up of your idea or at least to tell us how you will proceed throughout the entire project.

Lastly, No general bids will be accepted or bids for creating 5 banners or anything else. Please, bid for the whole project only.
