TradeFind Australia and New Zealand - Showcase of Importer and Exporters

I am seeking a web developer who can build a Trade Directory website for showcasing import and export businesses within Australia and New Zealand. All listings are to be approved onto the site by the system administrator (that's me) and people new to the site will be able to submit an advertising request using an online contact form, available via a 'Get Your Import/Export Business Listed' button. I will provide you with details for the contact form. There should also be an opportunity for the administrator to create listings on behalf of businesses if requred, and to complete editing functions when required. An online eCommerce shop should be included for completing each listing purchase. Listings renewals should be notified automatically 11 months after the publishing date with a purchase/renewal option. All purchases would link to my Paypal account. Local and international site visitors will be able to select 1 or more import/export product or service categories from a list of 35 options which I will supply to you. Once the business options matching selected categories are displaying in a short list, the user should then be able to open and view each business on a full-size feature page which displays the following header sections and content: About Us, Our Products/Services, Photos, Our Interests, Our Contact Details. The site should be an attractive design which reflects 5-star premium quality advertising. The site should also have a 'Contact TradeFind' link which opens a page with site manager contact details, and an 'About TradeFind' page. These must all be pages that the site adminstrator can personally edit and update easily. This could be via by standard text or HTML. From the home (landing) page I would like to see visual maps for both Australia and New Zealand, followed by select buttons where you choose to see 'Exporters' or 'Importers', and then select 1 or more options from 35 various importer/ exporter product/service categories, which will then display a short-list of all advertisers listed under the selected categories in alphabetical order, and when clicked on the full size feature page should open and display the information about the advertiser, with photos and contact details etc, as stated above. I can supply all website graphics as JPEG files once I know the requred sizes. This is a very simple overview of the website development required. Most important is that the site is highly-attractive and easy to add content to and update via a basic site administrator function. I am experienced with WordPress and HTML. I understand that Drupal may also be a good option. A site structure similar to [login to view URL] would be acceptable providing it was less cluttered and more in line with modern 21st Century web design.
