I am looking for someone to build a web based application that is similar to this website :

You must have excellent English because we will have to collaborate on this project and you will need to be able to answer my questions and understand my ideas.
WHAT IS THE PROJECT
To build a website that works like the one posted above (i can provide a login to this site for a deeper understanding of how it works). Members sign up, login and post their high scores to various different games.
Those high scores are then viewable on any web browser (smart phone, tablet or PC) in a full screen with no browser borders.
HOW IT WORKS
User signs up with a unique username. They choose a games room name. They then add the games they would like to track (such as pac man, tetris, donkey kong etc). They then post their high scores for each game.
Once a user has signed up they can add up to 5 additional users to their games room and each user can log high scores to the score board.
There is also a global high score board that tracks all the high scores of all users and updates.

MOST IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS
1. User who signs up can add up to 5 different users
2. The high score board MUST be viewable across all web browsers on any device
3. The global high score board must be able to take the top scores for a game (such as pacman) and display them together on a global high score board.
