Build an Online Store 2

Hi. This is a rough idea of what I would like done, if possible. I am looking for a someone to build my online store for me. The store will be for ebooks and Audio books and would need to have a minimum of 5 pages, Category, Join, Login pages etc. The members area would need to have access to download their books once they have purchased them through the Paypal system. The members area will also need to have access to the 2x monthly competitions that will be run each month. This is the main part of the store. These will be cash give-a-ways, 1 for those members that purchase a book and 1 for those who don't. Once the member has purchased a book, they will be directed to a Google ad words page where they will need to click on an ad to be eligible to enter the main draw, there will be one entry per purchase. Each time they enter, their email address will be recorded and placed in the draw. For the non-purchasers, there will be a smaller give-a-way and will be free to enter. There will be a button to click on and it will take them to the Google ad words page and they will be able to click and enter as many times as they wish. Each time they enter, their email address will be recorded and placed in the draw. There will need to be a system where I can randomly pick a winner of each draw, a bit like a raffle draw. All ebooks and audio books will be $1 only and I would need to have a CMS for the back office as I will be editing and adding quite often so I need a simple system. Please feel free to throw in ideas that you have that will simplify the site as I am a first timer at this and will need all the help I can get. I am based in Australia, so the time difference might be a little bit of a problem, but we will work that out as we go.
