build a website

Hi. my name is Janet and i currently have registered domain names and hosting from hostgator, crazy domain, go daddy , as well as bluehost and i needed a website designed. I run a legally operating 24 hours open Brothel/ Escort Agency based in the City of Sydney We used to have a website online but I'm not impressed with the way it looks thats why we chose someone else to redesigning the site but then it turned out to be worse so at the moment we're non existent.. I have the wording, the homepage information text..the ladies description and photograph and the Servives offered description.. also , I still have the back up from our old website that I can provide to help getting this website up quicker. i require -Initial 4-5 pages, Professional FULL RESPONSIVE website designed ‘ASAP”.. -Customise or using a Template not an issue both will be considered . -A page with automatically generated thumbnail images which enlarge when clicked. -Also includes an online image upload page within the content management system. -video -Newsletter Subsciption form which asks visitors for their contact details and where responses can either be automatically entered into a database or sent to email. -A membership system where visitors create username and gain access to restricted part of the site. -A forum which allows members to communicate with each other. . -GOOGLE INTERACTIVE MAP with ability to zoom in and out as well as public transport access and satellite maps. -Accept online payments - Flash or JavaScript BANNER which either rotates through promotions or is a full animation. -I have photos but i maybe needing an additional source or creation of more images appearing on certain pages -I will need the option to be able to create, edit and manage my own unlimited article pages and be able to control the link structure. , -an iphone & ipad web-app specialised friendly- minisite where the content for the minisite is pulled directly from the main website. or even just a normal mobile speed-optimised minisite -I will also require a search box -a FILE UPLOADS capable which allows visitors to upload resume,photos etc for employment. -a SOCIAL MEDIA integration.. and -GOOGLE ANALYTICS and -GOOGLE ADSENSE ability then i will need the on page SEO.. I am after the person who has got more time to provide working on my site as time frame is my main concern.. i needed the site up urgently..
