Build a website, design and backend developement is required.

I am looking for a freelance web designer/developer to build a website for a small decorating company. I am not interested in working with anyone who only communicates through text or emails. I believe in forming professional relationships where we can meet to discuss in person. I will not require a domain name or a hosting site. I am interesting in additional services, such as SEO, online marketing, social media and photography would be an asset, but not necessary. It is important there is a process with wire frames, story line examples, and most important to have a selection of variations with colors, layout etc. I am a visual person, I work best with those who are willing to work with me by providing variety of options, not just a standark looking website without design creativity. I am well rounded in understanding what is involved. It is important you have a business license, strong portfolio for me to review, testimonials, and you are open to meeting in person. A written agreement is required, with specifications and details of the job. I would prefer to work out a fix rate, but I am reasonable and fair minded, if work goes above and beyond the scope of work. Kind Regards
