hi there, i've read your requirements. Please let me build the testing platform for executieves. I will implement following requirements: (1) Login & payment gateway support. (2) Option to begin test( The option will see if the user has credits left to take the test) (3) Each test is for 2 hours for 40 questions. The questions are only multi select type(a,b,c,d). (4) Each test links to 2 or 3 dataset's. (5) After the time is over, it should match the result with the answer and calculate the percentage of correctness. (6) The admin should have option to enter a new question, answer related to a particular dataset and the category it belongs to. (7) The admin will fix how many questions from each category will be picked up for the test. It should be configurable from admin login. (8) When a test starts, it should pick the required number of questions from each category randomly. I will use Django(includes htm,css&python) and PostgreSQL for databases. Will that be fine? I think i will be able to complete the work within 10-14 days including testing period. I'm in web-development business for 10+yrs and have spent many months in each step of development process starting from requirements gathering,analysis, design, coding, testing and project management.
