Build A Website using ASP NET MVC 5 (VS 2013), MSSQL 2012 , WINDOWS 2016 (IIS) - Data Entry,Approval,Reports

We would like to get a web site developed for : Data Entry-Approval-Reports Application using exactly with the following resources 1) ASP NET MVC 5 (VS 2013), 2) MSSQL 2012 , 3) WINDOWS 2016 (IIS) Time period: 7 -10 days only The website shall be published on local server and shall be accessible by different browsers. A)Forms Authentication to be used. Final Source code to be kept on our server for changes/modifications in future. DataBase design & structure will be maintained by us only. We can change modify DB Tables as per application development requirement on your request. B)Role based users like : Admin(admin)s, Data entry operators (DO),Checking Users (CU), Approving Users (AO), Final Approval Users (FO), Reports Admin(RA), Reports Common (RC) etc. C)User will register 1st time and Admin will approve the registered users by assigning role. Then only the users will be accessible particular Section/Controller (MVC) D) MVC Controllers to be created for every role like Accounts Dept, Academic Dept, Student Dept, Library dept etc. E) Once user logged in, based on Role they will access One or more departments/controllers. F) Main data Entry Form to be displayed: Parameter Title, Parameter Value (Editable). No. of parameters may be from 10 to 100. For easy accessibility sectioning can be done. G) DataBase Tables designs & Logics of data storage has been decided by us. These tables/logics shall be provided once project assigned. H) Few parameters in data entry are based on: YYYYMM of data entry, Status filed like status : 1,2,3,4..10 ( for maintaining the data flow from one user to another user or level for approvals. Think about quarterly data will be entered and new record in the table to be generated (for next coming quarter.. old quarter data will be fetched by default) . After data is entered the user will option to SAVE(Temp), FINALIZE data. I)Reports Menu will contain the same format as data entry with Logo & Title etc. (Preview/Print option) J) Admin users and Report Admin will have access to all reports (Users/controllers/department ,YYYYMM,Status etc by selecting criteria through dropdown menu) K) Email flow will be there for every action. SMTP Email using our server. Brief Summary of Project: Step 1: User registration, User Approval Step 2: Data entry Menu, Save/Submit, Preview data Step 3: Next level user based on status gets pre-filled data in the same format in data entry menu. But he can not change entry(only view). This user can return back to previous status with remarks for re-entry, if corrections to be made. Step 4: The Final Approval user finalizes data. It Locks the data with Status =10. Except Admin, no body can change values. But, Log will be created if Admin changes & same shall be emailed to all users. Step 5: Report generation with Logo, Headers in simple format and summary format. Format will be provided by us. You have to just fetch data & display. Step 6: Report Admin: Gets the reports generated based on selection criteria YYYYMM, Controller, Departments, Status etc. 7) All reports shall have Print preview Export to: PDF,EXCEL, CSV formats Kindly go through uploaded PDF file.
