Create custom 11-page Wordpress website from my design

A very visual website has been designed but will need a talented Wordpress developer to transform it into a site with text that can be easily edited by the client in Wordpress.
I have attached a screenshot of the website and what I'd like to be editable on each page.
As the layout changes on each page, I understand that a different template may have to be set up for each of the 11 pages.
The pages will be fixed-size and centred on the screen. The visuals for each page will be a background image and editable live-text boxes will be placed over the top. The images and text should be editable using the Wordpress CMS.
The website will feature 3 x lightbox galleries and a Google Map on the contact page. Everything else will either be text or an image.
I can provide each of the pages as PSD with a flattened background image and live-text on top.
