Create WordPress site from design

I have a client who has provided a JPG that we are going to make into a WP site. Hosting/FTP/Cpanel details given at bid acceptance. This is a very straightforward project, BUT you MUST create an EASY TO EDIT WP site from the attached JPG. There is a slider on the home page, static image on interior pages. There are 7 pages of services, which will have text and images. There is an about page, Portfolio (all images with descriptions), Services (dropdown), Gifts and Accessories (images with descriptions, no e-comm at this point), Design Trends. Image is attached, we only have a layout of the home page. Interior pages will follow similar layout, though the look is UP TO YOU. You will create the WP install and all required pages. We will test adding text/images to each page, and the project will be considered complete once all pages are edited.
