Design a Video TV Network website

I would like the website to link to VIMEO videos. The website will need different TV shows listed, with different seasons, then different episodes. We must be able to control the order the different TV shows appear. We MUST be able to insert pre-roll into each video. (have an advertisement play before video starts like youtube) There must be a fairly easy back end for us to work from to accomplish listing new TV shows, episodes and seasons on shows. This is a VERY good example of what we are looking to do: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I would also like to be able to place text ads on the videos if needed. There are many apps on theme forest that does this. I will ONLY release milestones as we see work progress. 1/2 of the total costs will be released once the website is Finished and complete. 25% will be released after we see the initial design and concept, 25% when we get to the stage when we are inputting videos and it is working on the front end. If you do not deliver the final product within the time you state, you agree to refund ALL the milestones paid out and let me hire another freelancer.
