Develop a twitter boostrap based theme

Hello Designers, We have designed 3 PSDs and now want a full twitter bootstrap based theme based on these 3 PSDs. The project is not just to slice the 3 PSDs but to provide a complete bootstrap based theme so for example if we want to use the below, it should change accordingly as per bootstrap and theme. <input class="input-mini" type="text" placeholder=".input-mini"> <input class="input-small" type="text" placeholder=".input-small"> <input class="input-medium" type="text" placeholder=".input-medium"> <input class="input-large" type="text" placeholder=".input-large"> <input class="input-xlarge" type="text" placeholder=".input-xlarge"> <input class="input-xxlarge" type="text" placeholder=".input-xxlarge"> The above is just an example similarly the other bootstrap controls shall work. These pages [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We gave this project on freelancer but the coder has just sliced the pages and we cant use it for further development as the bootstrap control does not work. Changing tags based on bootstrap does not change things on the UI. Other example of his work is below <input class="btn btn-lg" name="email" id="email" type="email" placeholder="MS27500E" required=""> definitely we don't want this type of work, it should be professionally developed with proper names etc. Please post your bids with some previous bootstrap based themes and timelines to complete the work. As we are behind the schedule, we want this done as soon as possible.
