Ecommerce solution, landing and squeeze pages

We are looking for a person with experience in ecommerce and landing pages. We will provide the full installation of wordpress and woocommerce, top bar links, server and control panel. Need links in the top bar, a sliding banner (slider) underneath, products under that, and 3 sections at the bottom for facebook, twitter and links. The site should be similar in format to nutrifiz.co.uk. The other parts are simply additional plugins and configuration and should only take 2 hours max. There will be a news section which will link to particular articles. These will act as landing pages and should have products on the right and under the articles. Similar to [login to view URL] The only difference is that in each of these individual news pages, we need to have products within the articles. Please note, we own [login to view URL] but as someone else built it, we need something with all unnecessary plugins removed and just the basics. You are welcome to use images from [login to view URL] to populate the site. The next and MOST IMPORTANT part is the squeeze pages. We need pages similar to [login to view URL] which can also act as landing pages for Google/Facebook/Twitter ads. We need to be able to duplicate these and again, they will act as landing pages with image, text content and a link to open a popup to add name and email address. We need to capture first name and email address and on clicking submit, they should receive an email with a PDF attachment. We need to be able to duplicate all of the pages and edit the code for which download they receive from a particular page. Payment terms $50 up front and half of the remainder half way through and final payment on delivery and acceptance.
