Emergant, Inc. is a new, Maryland-based, nonprofit multilingual, virtual incubator serving a specific creative industry in emerging markets. You MUST have experience in the educational/instructional environment, NOT e-commerce, gaming or commerce alone. WE will provide the logo, typeface (font), written contents for the business processes and introductory verbiage. YOU will design (or use shareware of) the interactive elements including graphics, animations, videos, and also create real time and asynchronous discussions for participants, peer-to-peer and with mentors. A translation button or icon will also be needed to accommodate language changes. See files for 'incubator contents', one example of an instructional module, an virtual incubator image, sample business-process graphic, etc. Project work period is 8/4-9/1, with incubator site uploaded for a test/soft launch on 9/5, right after Labor Day. Payments will be progressive: 1/3 upon submission of 'draft' site; 1/3 upon approval of incubator site; 1/3 upon successful testing of incubator site on www.emergantinc.org. The chosen contractor will appear prominently on the website as our TECHNOLOGY PARTNER. Please provide links to your educational/instructional work as well as TWO references
