Games CD/DVD Rental web/APP

Actually we want to develop a app for peoples where they post or share there games especially play station CD/DVD.. for rental... Means if they have purchased CDS or dvd for their own use but now even can rent it to out to other people for some days ,,, and take some charges from them. You know cds and dvd of play stations games(PS4,PS5) are very costly especially in america and other countries . This app will help people to share their collection to other people and earns some money as well.. It will be beneficial for both , Let me know your offer? i also want to know your understanding so we are on the same page
