Hello, We need someone who can setup a live video streaming solution for website with timestamp marking. For example, a software should be able to programatically add markings (episode started / episode ended/episode no) to the live video streaming and video should get saved in the hardisk along with markings. Later in future user should be able to send episode no to the system (again programatically) and system should return only that video episode from saved recording. Note: Everything needs to be done through software. No manual interaction should be involved. Streaming hours: 24 x 7 Input device: Camera > H264 Encoder > Wirecast Streaming Software. Average episode length: 3-5 mins (Note this length is not fixed. It keeps changing for every episode.)

Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. Is your budget really Rupees 1000? or is it hourly? How are you streaming currently? Where are you located? It will cost more than 1000 Rs just even to understand the project so I believe the budget mentioned is just a formality. Please mention what is your genuine budget so that we may discuss further.
