It's kind of tournament, where we can set how many people can register and how much he have to pay for each ticket also how many wheels should be their in each tournament its also should be editable before tournament start,one user can book a seat in a wheel upto 5 times (seats must be selectable like a reservation in a theatre) out of 20 seats and maximum 20 seats in different different wheel. Wheel can rotatable in selective method like once the tournament starts 20 cards(contains 1 to 20 numerical numbers) will be shuffled and each one pick their own if he got a number like 1, he can spin a wheel if he is not available number 2 will get a chance to spin if he is not spinning in a particular time like 10seconds it I'll go next user till 20th user if no one finally system must rotate automatically. In each spin 5 out of 20 will be selected that means 25% of the people will be selected from all spin in 1round and goes for 2nd round, it I'll continue for 7spins totally and final only I'll be selected, as per owner rules he can set how many wheel for each round should be there.
