Mega Menu Open/Close Delayed Response, Expand Listing Button, & Menu open on Mobile

I need some custom coding help with the following projects... #1) I'm working on a project for a client and I need the mega menu to have a delayed response to open & close. Here is the site: [login to view URL] I'm using wordpress and Avada theme. I'm utilize their Mega menu functionality. It works well with one exception. The open & close response is triggered too quickly. The problem occurs when you accidentally roll over the menu without really wanting to and it opens. Also when you hover over say ENGINEERING SERVICES, and then move your mouse directly left to 'See full list' it closes the window, you have to move your mouse down and then to the left (green arrow path on screenshot) for it to stay open making it a bit challenging. I'm hoping if there is a delay, it will solve this issue. If this is simple css then I would like it added to the Avada theme code area so I can use it also in the future. [login to view URL] I'd like a button to 'Click to expand all listings' which will then change to 'Click to collapse all listings'. This will open/close all the (+) at once. _____________ #3.
