Navbar and column set up Bootstrap $100

I only have $100 so waste to bid more, it's not changeable. I need 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I have a website that I want a similar layout to. So I need someone to set up my navbar, and the column structure in Bootstrap. The only thing is I need the columns to be set up like the site, I can stand Bootstrap default widths and what not, so please, pay attention to the columns. For the navabar I would like white, like twitter. To the left I would like Music, Videos, Articles, Shop. To the right I would like a search field. To the right of it I would like a drop down with some mock content. The dropdown should be for account into. That's it.
