We are attempting to build a subsidiary company of our primary travel business. This company's focus would be send newsletters to our members alerting them of extremely low airfares around the world, specifically departing North America. The business model is subscription based, $24 a year. The membership is tiered into free and premium members, free members only receive 1/4 of the deals of the premium members. To see examples of what I am describing please check out [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] This would required our members to be able to log into a profile and set their home airport, free members have to select more than one, for example premium members could choose only flights departing out of Toronto Pearson Airport but free members would have to select Toronto Pearson, Hamiltion International and Ottawa and receive deals departing from these if they wish. Also we need to have a rolling auto renewal of subscriptions. I think some sort of integration with Woo commerce might be necessary for this, I'd like to hear your thoughts on this issue. Beyond this the name of the company will be Chris' Travel Club, I can supply logos and colour palettes later on. The look should be somewhat similar to the previous sites I have provide. We will also need a blog section where we can post travel guides, tips, news etc... I will need permission on the backend for authors, editors and admin log in. Also a platform where we can easily add plug-ins on our site to track a variety of statistics or improve sales funnels. The one thing that we will need as well, is that we are working with a tour aggregator. We are discussing using their API on our site so we can directly offer our premium members discounted tours. I think this would probably be the more complicated aspect of the website, considering we would need relevant tours to be displayed for specific destination. So if our deal if for a flight from Boston to Madrid we would need Madrid specific deals to show on that offer page. This part is something that I am interested in and could be additional segment to the website after the initial release.
