Pharmacy Distribution Website

I would like to design a pharmacy distribution website that is fully automated. Essentially the concept will be a front facing client order system that processes orders from international retailers selecting items listed in the database and send request to wholesalers for quotes. Both retailers and wholesalers will have logins to the system which basically acts as intermediary between both parties. Once satisfied goods are sent to freighters and shipped.
