Good day, first I must tell you that cost of any project depends on the overall features, so once we have complete specs or list of all the features which you want to develop, then I can give you our firm cost. Secondly, for the tech specs, we are using React technologies but for the back-end, I would recommend using Node/.JS, because with React technologies, .NET does not makes sense but if you still want to use .NET, that's even fine.
