We are rebranding and repositioning an existing business which resells Telecom and IT services. The site is predominantly informational and supports direct sales activities. It is not complex. It is NOT an eCommerce site and Orders\Payments will NOT be processed thru it. There are 6 Menu Items and I will provide you with all of the text\messaging\content for each page. You will figure out how to design the content\text into the approximately 6 key web pages. ie. Menu= Home, Services, Request Quote, About, News, References. I will provide you with examples of Web Styles, Color Schemes and features which we have found on other URL's and would like to see incorporated either exactly or similarly, providing you some artistic\creative flexibility. We will provide you with our Logo. Intake Form: 1 of the 6 main pages will be "Request Quote" and will bring the prospect to an Intake Form. The intake form will collect approximately 14 pieces of information from the prospect, necessary to communicate to us their need. Information will be collected with a combination of: Pull Downs (1 Primary and 6 Sub pull downs), Free Form (6) and an Attach File (1). Details on the Intake Form are included in the uploaded content files. Color Schemes: Attached is an example of a Black\Yellow Color scheme for the website: Features; There are 2 features in this URL, [login to view URL] which we would like incorporated: a) when you scroll down the home page it automatically loads the next Menu page in a scrolling stream. The user never needs to click to change menu items, as they scroll they end up seeing the whole website. The Menu item highlight changes as they scroll. This example also has a format which kind of incorporates the "Intake Form" in a simple manner that invites the user to start filling it out without clicking. You will load in and suggest Keyword and other inputs to enhance SEO. We will provide you with KeyWords to help with SEO as requested. You will provide me with all files necessary to edit, reinstall or replicate the site: This includes files for content, style, color schemes, web forms etc. You will review the files with me and provide instructions for how to edit the site content, change text ets using something like Sublime or similar. We have purchased an SSL certificate as part of our hosting package, you will ensure that it gets turned on and is working. As you can tell from this Scope, we will be good clients and provide you with clear direction and feedback as you work to be efficient with your time.
