LM154 tool is a Production test tool (test software). LM154 is based on visual basic 2010 version and works on Serial communication on the PC com port. The LM154 test tool will be loaded with the test script and issue those AT commands to the device, read responses from the device as a string and carries the further tests also logs the test pass/fail reports int he excel file. The existing LM154 test tool needs to be updated for the bug fixes and functionality to test the MODEM or DTR/RTS lines on LM068 adapters. The Modem or DTR/RTS line commands are already supported in code as it was supported for LM048 device test with LM150 tool, but we need to modify it to make it working on LM068. Lm154 tool needs to modify the BLE connection pass/fail criteria. if the connection fails the first time, it should give the error message to the user and wait for confirmation from the user for next steps. As this is a Production test software used in the factory to test the 1000s of devices, we can confirm the tool is running successfully after the production feedback. We can release 75% of the budget on completion of exe after tested it on the bench. Remaining 25% will be released after our production department confirms the exe is successful which should not be longer than 4 weeks of the bench test.
