Web Frontend Development

I am looking for a developer for a web frontend for a private project. I am working on a Raspberry Pi based watering automation for our garden, programmed in Python, and I fail to setup the HTML/CSS/JS frontend. The WFE will be displayed on a 5" touch TFT in either portrait or landscape orientation. The fixed size of the display is 800x480px. Both orientations are fine, but landscape is preferred. In addion, I like to access the WFE from my smartphone/tablet/laptop. Scope of the project is purely a functional frontend in modern Material Design. The communication with the Python backend will be added by myself afterwards. I started with the [login to view URL] framework, but any similar is fine as well. JS functionality: 1) Main switch (upper right) --> Alters label and bg color of the first tab 2) Tabs. Will change perspektive between operation and settings mode (examples see valve 1 and valve 2 layouts) The different elements shall be toggled on/off with the hidden attribute. 3) Valve button: shall change bg color when it is pressed (=valve open). As soon as activated, the button will show a large timer which indicates how long water flows. A second press closes the valve and the color resets and the timer disappears. 4) switch, slider and radio button on the settings perspective have no interaction with other elements of the frontend.
