Hi there,
I have been managing a facebook site for a number of years now and the members have grown significantly since it began. I am looking to develop it into an 'Uber' style service where payment becomes automatic once a job is completed and people can rate others based on their performance. A description that we use on the facebook page can be seen below.
Whistlers4Hire is proud to serve as an avenue between players, teams, managers and officiating crews — ensuring all matches for Hockey WA competitions have an umpire equiped to blow the whistle and promote the spirit of the game.
If you’ve got a dreaded umpiring bye approaching or HockeyWA has asked your club to provide a couple of umpires 8.30 on a Friday night in Rockingham, fear not!
If you are in need of an umpire or two, please post the details on here and hopefully someone can help out for a negotiable fee. Details should include the time, venue, grade, which team was assigned the umpiring & how much you are paying.
Disclaimer: Whistlers4Hire cannot guarantee that the umpire accepting the appointment will show up or necessarily be of the appropriate standard to umpire the match. The responsibility of umpiring the fixture is still in the hands of the assigned club. This is a forum to help but nothing more than that. Appoint a Whistler at your own risk...

Players - Please remember that we can't play the game without a couple of Whistler's, so once they are there, let them do their best and focus on playing the great game!
